Call for Participation
Application Timeline:
- Application Deadline (in person):
June 16, 2025July 23, 2025August 25, 2025 (the call for financial support is already closed) - Application Deadline (virtual attendance): September 14, 2025
- Notification of Acceptance and Scholarships: by July 10, 2025 AOE
All applicants who registed before the initial deadline of June 16 will be notified of the outcome of their application by July 10, 2025 at the latest.
We are now in the extended registration period. While we welcome all new registrations, we will begin gradually accepting already registered applicants. Registration will remain open as long as we have capacity. Therefore, if you are considering attending this year’s summer school, please register as soon as possible!
